Registration

Dance Connection is proud to offer paperless online registration. If you are new to our registration process, please follow our online instructions for general registration. In our registration portal, you will be able to click on the heading “Summer Camps” by week, then click on the specific camp you wish to register for.

Upon registering, your account will be billed the camp session fees, payable on the first of the month of the camp session. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at the time of registration, and must be paid to avoid having registration dropped. Statements and receipts will be sent via email. Detailed camp information including what to bring, what to wear, where to meet, and the daily camp schedule will be sent via email the week prior to each camp. If you do not complete the registration process to the final “thank you” page, your registration will be dropped, and an email will be sent to notify you that your enrollment has been dropped. Please login to your account a few days after registering to confirm your registration.   Register Now!

Medical Conditions/Allergies

Please list any medical conditions and/or allergies in your online dance account. Review any special instructions with our camp staff on or before the first day of camp. For allergies, please download and submit the Allergy Emergency Care Plan to our office.


Cancellations/Changes

If you must cancel a camp session or make a change to your existing camp registration, the camp deposit of $50 is not refundable. We will gladly transfer your camp enrollment to an alternate camp session (space providing) and apply the $50 deposit to the transferred camp. You must contact the studio via email for camp transfers or cancellations at: info@danceconnectionpaloalto.com at least two weeks prior to the camp date. Camp tuition for cancellations with a two week written notice may be credited to the account.

Extended care is available one hour before and after most camp sessions.
Please register under the link for “Summer Camp Extended Care.”
Registration must be made in advance at least 5 days prior to the start of
each camp session. Availability of session enrollment may change or close
4 days prior to the start of each camp session.

Discounts

*Save $100 if you register for both weeks of Petite Ballet Camp or both sessions of LOL and Super Mini Camps in the same week!

**Save $200 when you register for both Jr Hip Hop Camp and Rockin’ Moves & Acro Camp! $550 for both sessions in one full day.

One hour of extra care is available one hour before and after each camp. Additional extension is also available. Register under “Summer Camp Extended Care” for specific days and times.

 

Add $25.00 late fee for registration after the first of the month of each session. Prices include the $50 non-refundable deposit.

Special Note About Dance Shoes and Attire

Although we recommend that students have dance wear and the suggested type of shoes, it is not necessary to have each specific type of dance shoe and attire for our week-long session. Dance attire can consist of dance wear, or may also include comfortable, stretchy and close to the body fitting street clothing. We have many “loaner” dance shoes available for students to use. If you would like to purchase one type of shoe, a ballet slipper may be worn for both ballet and jazz dance for children. For the teen jazz dance camps, we recommend the low-cost Capezio Foot Undeez, or borrow shoes from us. Learning different styles of dance over the summer can be very fun, and need not be hindered by having to purchase new shoes, too.
