Dance Connection Pre School and Kinder Ballet Camps:
Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Prince, and I Want to be a Ballerina Camps
These unique Ballet Camps offer ballet instruction, creative movement, ballet pantomime, storytelling, and a choreographed ballet. Focus is on the specific classical ballet story for each camp session, with the “Ballerina” camp including a few different classical ballets. Costume construction completes this fun camp with a performance at the end of the week. Ages 4-6 for Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty and Prince and Ages 5-7 for the Ballerina Camp

Dance Connection Mini Dance Camp and Super Mini Dance Camp
Mini Dance Camp offers Junior Jazz, Tap, Ballet, and Acrobatics to the five to seven year old child who loves to dance. Classical ballet stories, dance video viewing, a costume craft project and a camp show and party on Friday evening round out the fun week. Ages 5-7

Dance Connection Junior Jazz Dance Camp
This fun week is all about jazz! Classical jazz dance technique taught in an age-appropriate and high-energy format is the highlight, with a jazzy costume project, some Acrobatics, and a camp show and party on Friday evening.
Ages 5-7

Dance Connection Jumpstart Dance Camp
This fun camp is the perfect blend of Mini Camp and Junior Camp, and includes all the dance instruction offered in Mini Camp in a slightly more advanced format. A camp show and party will be offered the Friday evening of each Jumpstart session. Ages 6-8

Dance Connection Junior Dance Camp
This camp is high energy dance at its best with jazz, ballet, tap, and hip hop dance. Dance history, injury prevention, ballet/pointe shoe demonstration, a camp project, nutrition, and student choreography are also offered to make this a complete dance experience. A camp show and party on Friday evening completes the session. Ages 8-10

Dance Connection Jazz Dance Camp
Jazz dance technique and various styles of jazz dance choreography are offered which include theatre dance, hip hop, and lyrical with “how to” instruction on turns and leap progressions. Nutrition and injury prevention are taught along with fun choreography to put the dance steps in motion. A camp show and party is offered on Friday evening. Ages 7-10


Dance Connection Dance Camp 2012!
Dance Camp 2012 includes everything from Junior Dance Camp, plus Musical Theatre dance, dance notation, nutrition and injury prevention, stage directions, “how to” audition class, and a real audition for a scholarship to future classes in the fall. A camp show and party is offered Friday evening.
Beginner/Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced

Dance Connection Teen Jazz Dance Camp
All styles and types of jazz dance technique and choreography are offered including theatre dance, hip hop, lyrical and modern with progressions, turns and leaps. Also included are nutrition, dance history, and “how to” audition. A show and party on the final Friday evening complete this high energy week. Beginner/Intermediate and *Intermediate *Intermediate dancers must have taken prior session, have prior experience, or be at level 2 or above in jazz technique.
